Ortho/Dental Sesame offers a variety of email messages that allow you to engage your patients and maintain contact, to reduce missed appointments and improve financial communications. From the Messages section of your Member Dashboard, you can customize each of these messages to best suit you and your patients.
This section contains all email messages related to appointments. This includes your Courtesy email, First and Second appointment reminders, No-Show notifications, Recall reminders, Refer A Friend messages, and the Post-Appointment Survey.
Here you will find email messages you can send to a patient with an overdue balance; or remind patients if their benefit year or flex spending plan is expiring soon.
These emails are related to patient access to Patient Pages, including the Welcome Email that goes out to all new patients, and emails for Account Verification, Forgot Username, and Reset Password.
In this section you can choose templates for Birthday and Holiday greetings, and schedule when to send out holiday greetings.
You can use this page to create Custom emails to send your patients. Custom emails can be configured to send to all of your active patients, or you can choose to send to specific patients, such as all patients with appointments on a certain date.
