Messages

In the Messages section of your Member Dashboard you will find everything you need for maintaining communications with your patients. This section contains all of the information and settings for Email, Text, and Voice appointment and financial reminders, as well as those for sending custom emails or texts.

Under the Messages tab you will find several pages of messaging options and settings:

  • Email - Settings for configuring your automated email reminders and custom email messages 
  • Voice - Settings for configuring your voice reminders (only visible if you have Sesame Voice activated)
  • Text - Settings for text reminders and custom text messages
  • Marketing - Instructions for creating your own custom Newsletters
  • Colleagues - Settings related to Doctor Login, a feature for sharing digital imagery with your colleagues in a HIPAA-compliant environment
  • Archive - History of all messages sent to your patients
